Please join us for our 2023 Wellness Retreat at one of the private homes in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead Community less than 60 minutes from the Roswell/Woodstock/Canton area. Our intention is for all to enjoy some time for self care, peace and serenity.

Arrive at a beautiful lakeside retreat around 2pm Thursday afternoon. Enjoy a day of relaxation and a scenic boat ride before dinner. That evening we will learn the art of Gausha and wrap up with a relaxation meditation and some yin yoga.

On Friday start your day with dockside yoga after breakfast. Then spend some of your free time enjoying dockside relaxation, a paddle board trip, the infrared sauna, and/or hot tub. After lunch you can either indulge in waterside relaxation or some of the optional add on services.
